Now that your team has decided which proposal to endorse, it is time to write up your recommendations. Remember your job is to inform the committee, not only about the problem, but also about each proposal and your analysis of it. Ultimately you should present your recommendation and supporting justification for your choice. You should base your report on the research you have already done and the outline you have created.
